We are closed on Sundays. If you need flowers delivered on a Sunday, place your order before 4PM on Saturday, and we will sort the rest.

We buy flowers at the market each morning. We arrange them the same day. We do not keep stock overnight or use flowers that have been sitting in water for three days. When your bouquet arrives, it has been made that morning. That is the only way we know how to do it.

We also include care tips with every delivery so the flowers stay looking their best for as long as possible after they arrive.

Fresh cut flowers last 7 to 14 days with proper care. Flowers that sat in a warehouse for 2 days before delivery last much less. Ours are arranged the same morning they are delivered.

Very fresh. We buy from the Perth flower market every morning and arrange each bouquet on the day it is ordered. We do not keep pre-made stock. Your flowers were chosen that morning and made specifically for your order. We include flower care instructions with every delivery to help them last as long as possible.

What Happens on the Day

Once you place your order, our florist gets to work. Your bouquet is made by hand using that morning’s market flowers, your message card is written up and attached, and everything is packaged properly for delivery.

We deliver to homes, apartments, offices, workplaces, hospitals and aged care facilities. If your recipient is at work, we deliver to reception. If they are in a care home or hospital ward, we work with the facility staff to make sure it reaches them directly.

What if no one is home when you deliver?
If no one answers, our driver will leave the bouquet somewhere safe and shaded where it will not be damaged. We send a delivery notification so the recipient knows it is there. If it is an apartment or secured building and access is not possible, we will contact you or the recipient to arrange a suitable time. Adding delivery instructions at checkout makes this easier for everyone.

Can I include a personal message with the flowers?
Yes, and there is no extra charge for it. At checkout, write whatever you want on the card. We attach it to every delivery. It sounds like a small thing, but for a birthday, an anniversary or a sympathy delivery, a handwritten message makes a real difference to the person receiving it
